MU women's basketball staff member Willie Cox dies

COLUMBIA -- Willie Cox, the director of recruiting for the Missouri women's basketball team, died after a battle with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer. The team announced his passing in a tweet Thursday night.

Cox spent nine years on the Missouri basketball staff, the last four as director of recruiting. He also spent seven years on Robin Pingeton's staff at Illinois State.
