While many may find themselves short on cash after the holidays, buying a gym membership isn't the only option for staying fit.

“It could be at home, or if you have a gym membership, go to the gym. If you have a class you’ve been wanting to go to, go to that, but just get started, that’s the first step! And then when you move forward you’ve got to have a clear goal,” Baker said.

Options for at-home exercises can help achieve fitness goals.
