
TUNAS — Deputies announced a suspect had been arrested in connection with a double homicide.
Billy Sage Medley was arrested Monday in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. He was charged with two counts of second-degre murder, armed criminal action, second-degree burglary, unlawful possession of a firearm and stealing a motor vehicle.
The Dallas County Sheriff's Office stated Medley was accused of murder in the deaths of Joe and Brandy Allen in Tunas. Law enforcement had arrested Jeffrey Dale Lee Stevenson Thursday. He was also charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
The sheriff's office stated the Allens were found dead outside their home after a shooting the morning of Nov. 30. A release stated they had interrupted an attempted robbery/home invasion and, following an altercation with the suspects, the Allens were shot and killed.
A release also stated Athena Venable was also taken into custody and would be charged with hindering prosecution by harboring a fugitive.
