Westbound I-70 crash cleared near Montgomery City

A recreational vehicle rollover crash on westbound Interstate 70 near Montgomery City shut down traffic for two hours Monday.

A Raptor RV was flipped on its side just west of the Danville exit.

Westbound traffic was being diverted to Highway J and then back onto the interstate at the Williamsburg exit, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The Missouri Department of Transportation said the crash occurred at 10:48 a.m.; the department said the traffic was clear about 12:50 p.m. The sheriff's office did not report any injuries.
