Officials release details and charges against man accused of drunk driving, killing one

According to a crash report, Edwards was operating a 2003 Ford Mustang northbound on Highway E at 3:15 a.m. Saturday when it crossed the center line of the roadway and began to skid south of County Road 538, travelled off of the right side of the roadway, became airborne and impacted multiple trees before overturning and coming to rest on its top.
