NEW BLOOMFIELD — With higher than expected snowfall amounts predicted for much of central Missouri, MoDOT is urging motorists not to travel unless they absolutely have to.
The snow is expected to be heavy, so MoDOT plows will be moving more slowly than usual. Drivers are warned that they could come up behind a plow more quickly than anticipated. Drivers are urged to stay back at least four car lengths behind plows and other trucks.
