Missouri woman airlifted to St. Louis hospital after crash

GASCONADE COUNTY — A Missouri woman was air-lifted to a St. Louis hospital with serious injuries after a single-vehicle Gasconade County crash Tuesday according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

Alexa Viehmann, 21, of Beaufort, Missouri, traveled off the left side of the roadway, overcorrected, traveled off the right side of the road, and overturned.

MSHP troopers responded to the crash on southbound MO 19 near Schaefferkoetter Road south junction around 1:25 p.m.
