Man shot Wednesday night in Columbia

Columbia police investigate after a man was shot late Wednesday night.

Wednesday at 11:40 p.m., someone called the police to the 1000 block of Claudell Lane.

Officers found a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

EMS crews took the man to a local hospital.

Officers did find evidence of gunshots and bullet damage to a car.
