Jefferson City man dies after personal watercraft capsizes
LAKE OF THE OZARKS —
A Jefferson City man died after he was ejected from a personal watercraft at the Lake of the Ozarks Thursday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 33-year-old Tyrell Anderson was driving a 2006 Yamaha personal watercraft on the main channel of the lake.
Around 4:45 pm at the 17.6 mile marker, Anderson was ejected from the watercraft when it capsized.
Authorities said he suffered an unknown medical condition while trying to get back on the watercraft.
The Highway Patrol said Anderson was wearing a life jacket.
