Naked man in jail after break in

A man was arrested after allegedly running naked into a Fulton home. (Fulton Police Department)

The Fulton Police Department arrested a man after he was running naked in the streets of Fulton. Police said the man was in the area of St. Francis and Tyler Streets just after midnight Thursday.

Officers said they received information the man entered a residence unlawfully and was confronted by the homeowner before leaving. According to police, the man attempted to enter another residence, but did not get in.

Officers found the man and attempted to stop him, but he fled on foot. After a short pursuit, he was arrested and was later identified as Thomas Seay.

Seay was transported to the Callaway County Jail. He is accused of two counts of first degree burglary, two counts of sexual misconduct, two counts of peace disturbance, and resisting arrest by flight for a felony offense.

He is being held without bond.
