Monday Morning Weather (03/13/17)
It will be a cold and wet start to the work week, with rain/snow expected during the early morning hours. A dusting is possible on grassy surfaces for those east of Jefferson City, and roads may be a bit slick in spots closer to I-44. Temperatures will remain brisk later this afternoon, with highs just shy of 40 degrees and spotty afternoon showers.
EXTENDED FORECAST: Tuesday looks to be the coldest day of the week with highs in the middle 30s with plenty of clouds. Temperatures this week will remain below average. We'll see another chance for spotty rain on Thursday with a better chance for rain on Friday. Temperatures will be back into the 50s by St. Patrick's day. After that, things look to be fairly quiet for a couple of days, with temperatures warming back into the 60s for the weekend.
