Clouds return this evening with rain chances following behind. We'll remain dry this evening but look for rain out the door in the morning with temperatures near 40 degrees.
EXTENDED FORECAST: Rain chances will ramp up as we head into the second half of the week. A warm front lifts through mid-Missouri Thursday morning, which will bring the chance of showers mostly before noon. A developing storm system to our west brings the rain and storm chance for Friday afternoon/evening. The best opportunity for rain/storms looks to be Friday evening into Saturday, and some could be strong. Some lingering rain and some thunder is expected into Saturday, with highs this weekend in the 60s.
