Mason no longer a member of MU football team
Despite the bye week, the Missouri football team has lost a starting wide receiver.
Sophomore Dimetrios Mason is no longer a member of the team, sources confirmed to KRCG 13 on Saturday morning.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports Mason was dismissed due to disciplinary reasons.
Through four games this season, Mason was second on the team in receptions (13) and third in receiving yards (119). He also served as the team's No. 1 kick returner.
Mason set school records for true freshmen last season with 47 catches and 587 receiving yards. He also caught three touchdown passes.
