      Murray claims innocence in Marshall murder

      Court documents show the two knew each other, and the shooting may have been due to a long standing feud between them.

      A teen facing a first degree murder charge pleaded not guilty Monday afternoon in Boone County court.

      Joshua Murray, 18, is accused of shooting and killing Tre'Veon Marshall, 17, in July at Columbia's Mckee Street Park.

      Court documents show the two knew each other, and the shooting may have been due to a long standing feud between them.

      Two others have been charged in connection to the murder.

      Nicholas Thomas, 19, also faces a first degree murder charge.

      Kimberly Huet-Linzie, 17, was charged with hindering the prosecution.
