Woman caught with counterfeit bills
A Columbia woman was arrested this week after using counterfeit bills in three different Columbia locations.
In November of 2012 on two different occasions , 40-year-old Raney Jackson used counterfeit $50 and $100 dollar bills to buy electronics at the Grindstone Parkway and West Broadway Wal-Marts in Columbia.
She later took the electronics back to the same Wal-Marts for a cash refund. Raney also used a counterfit $50 bill to make a purchase at a Range Line Street address.
Jackson was arrested Thursday for forgery with bond set at $18,000.
