Woman arrested for DWI, endangering children

A woman was arrested early Tuesday morning after crashing into another car and endangering two children.
LaShay Crowley, 29, of Columbia, was arrested after failing sobriety tests. Crowley had a 5-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl in the car with during the crash.
The crash happened outside of Columbia, Mo. on I-70 when Crowley sped pass a marked patrol car and crashed into another car. The other car was pushed off the roadway, went up an embankment and rolled once. Crowley TMs car spun two times before stopping on the shoulder.
The officer did not have time to stop Crowley before the crash happened.
The 5-year-old boy was turned over to his grandmother and the 5-year-old girl was turned over to her father.
Crowley was arrested for child restraint violations, DWI, driving with a revoked license, careless and imprudent driving and endangering the welfare of a child, improper registration of the vehicle, and lack of insurance.
