Two women face charges after police say they brought marijuana to the Moberly Correctional Facility Saturday.
Officers with the North Missouri Drug Task Force and Moberly Police Department were called to the jail in response to a narcotics investigation.
Investigation revealed that a 29-year-old woman from Harrison, Arkansas, and a 22-year-old woman from Springfield, Missouri, were arrested after bringing marijuana for an attempted visit with an inmate.
Both women were arrested for delivery of a controlled substance to a correctional facility.
They are being held in Randolph County Jail on $75,000 bond each.
Two juveniles were also taken into protective custody and turned over to the Randolph County Juvenile Office.
