Two pedestrians were injured when a car lost control and struck a parked car Sunday afternoon in Boone County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 51-year-old Gregory Isenhart, of Holts Summit, was traveling southbound on Highway 63 when he lost control of his vehicle while trying to change lanes.
Isenhart's car rotated off the right side of the road and hit a parked car.
The parked car and debris from the accident then hit two pedestrians.
19-year-old Taylor Heckenmeyer was taken to University Hospital with moderate injuries. 17-year-old Jordan Heckenmeyer sustained minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
Isenhart was not injured.
Highway Patrol says a wet roadway may have contributed to the accident.
