Deputies: Two injured in Maries County car crash, driver arrested on DWI charge
MARIES COUNTY —
A car crash Sunday left two injured, including one who was taken to a hospital via helicopter.
According to the Maries County Sheriff's Office, a female subject was ejected from a vehicle and received serious injuries in the two-car crash on Highway 28 in Belle.
The sheriff's office stated one of the vehicle drivers was arrested on suspicion of DWI and assault.
The Belle Police Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol also investigated the incident.
