Two injured in Jefferson City crash

Two Jefferson City residents were injured in a crash Saturday morning.

Two people were injured in a crash Saturday Morning in Jefferson City.

Police say 21-year-old Chelsea Woodling was driving eastbound on the 1200 block of Highway 54 around 6:30 a.m.

Woodling told police that she hydroplaned, then overcorrected as she entered a curve.

Her vehicle struck the center divider several times.

Woodling was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

A passenger, 21-year-old Jerremy Doucette, was also injured but refused medical treatment at the scene.
