Town considering ban on texting for all drivers

Three other St. Louis County towns -- Florissant, Manchester and St. John -- previously enacted all-age-group bans.

Missouri already bans texting for young drivers. The city of Kirkwood in St. Louis County is considering taking that a step further -- prohibiting all drivers from texting.
