Callaway county deputies arrested a third suspect they said was involved in a burglary of a business on Saturday. 35-year-old Casey Jolly was taken into custody at an unnamed address in Audrain County.

Jolly was transferred to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office where he remained in custody on a bond of $5,500. Jolly faces charges of second-degree burglary, property damage, and stealing.

Callaway County deputies responded to a business burglary call in the 1400 block of Old Highway 40 near the Boone/Callaway County Line on Saturday.

34-year-old Renea Hill and 23-year-old Robert Peak, of Mexico, were taken into custody.

Peak was charged with second-degree burglary, property damage, stealing, second-degree drug trafficking, possession of burglary tools, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Hill was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities said Peak and Hill allegedly provided conflicting statements. They said the stolen property was recovered after a vehicle search was conducted.

Deputies said they identified a third suspect, but that suspect's name was not released.

Peak remained in custody on a $14,000 bond. Hill was released after posting bond.

The investigation is ongoing.
