Third person in Sunday's homicide being sought

Update: Friday April 28th at 11:45 a.m.:

A third person of interest in the murder case of Keith Mosely is now being sought.

Police said 20-year-old Khiry D. Summers is wanted for questioning of his involvement in the murder that occurred on April 22nd.

Two suspects are already in custody and have been charged with murder, but Jefferson City Police Detectives are seeking Summers for further information.

Summers is 6 feet tall, weighing about 155 pounds. Summers may have cut his hair shorter than in the picture shown.

His last known addresses include Elizabeth Street in Jefferson City and 1606 North Brooks Street in Cole County. He may also be out of the area, perhaps in the state of Illinois.

Summers should be considered potentially dangerous.

Jefferson City police say two men have been charged in a weekend homicide.

A Grand Jury handed down indictments Thursday morning for Brandon Chase, 28 and Tracy Session, 25, both of Jefferson City.

Chase is charged with 2nd degree murder and 1st degree robbery. Session faces a 2nd degree murder charge. Each is behind bars in Cole County on $500,000 bonds.

The two are charged in the death of Keith Mosely, of Columbia. He was killed early Sunday morning in the 1000 block of Buena Vista. Police havenâ??t released details about a motive in his death.

Jefferson City police detectives continue to investigate Moselyâ??s death. Officers said there are possibly other people involved in the case.
