Suspect in St. Robert shooting identified

A man arrested Tuesday for shooting at two acquaintences has been identified as Hector Silva, 32. No one was injured in the incedent.

The suspect in a shooting Tuesday near St. Robert has been identified.

According to Pulaski County Sheriff Ronald Long, Hector Silva, 32, became enraged Tuesday afternoon after being relieved of his position in a local social organization. At about 3:00, he shot at two acquaintences on Thames Drive, just east of St. Robert. Neither was injured.

Silva was taken into custody without incedent shortly after the shooting by a group of law enforcement officers who were attending a meeting a short distance away.

Silva is being held in the Pulaski County jail on $250,000 bond.
