      Heavy rain caused flash flooding in mid-Missouri Thursday morning.
      Heavy rain caused flash flooding in mid-Missouri Thursday morning. Flooding has closed roads throughout the area, including:

      • Route D is closed over Moniteau Creek, south of Red Bird Road in Moniteau County due to high water

      • Route BB at Gabriel Creek is still closed in both directions due to flooding in Morgan County

      • Route E in Cooper County is closed in both directions because of flooding from the Petite Saline Creek
