Storm spotter training underway for 2014

The Winter/Spring 2014 spotter training season is underway. Classes will be held throughout mid-Missouri counties until about the first of April.

These classes are free and open to everyone whether you want to actually be a volunteer storm spotter or not. If you just want to learn more about severe weather or how to prepare and protect yourself, then a spotter class is right for you.

You can attend any class that is convienient for you. They are free and open to the public. If there is a number provided it is suggested to call ahead and reserve a space.

If your county is not listed, it is possible that one may be added later. I'll update this list as necessary. Just in case one isn't added for your county, I suggest attending the meeting that is closest to you.
