One student passed out during mass. Two were taken to a local hospital, and the other ill students and a teacher were checked out in ambulances outside the school. The school reopened Thursday morning with Jefferson City firefighters there monitoring the situation and giving a sense of security and safety. Bill Farr with the Cole County EMS told KRCG-13 that they are waiting on more results from a water test but prelim tests came back normal. He also said other tests including air tests came back normal as well. The cause of the illnesses is still in question. We will have more on this developing story throughout the day.
