Fri, 21 Feb 2014 12:26:08 GMT — The gusty winds and strong cold front that moved through Mid-Missouri on Thursday brought a chilly start on Friday. Temperatures were in the 30s around sunrise with clear skies. Winds will be gusty at times, but not nearly as strong as Thursday. Look for gusts around 30 mph throughout the day. Those winds, combined with sunshine will keep high temperatures above normal in the mid-upper 50s.Clouds will slowly filter in late Friday night ahead of a cold front. Temperatures will be near the freezing mark Saturday morning. The front will take its time to cool us down, though. Highs will still reach the lower 50s before the cold takes over for the second half of the weekend.Follow the KRCG 13 StormVision Weather Team for the latest weather updates in Mid-Missouri.
