An award of up to $50,000 is being offered in the arrest and conviction of the man who robbed the Kingdom City Post Office Saturday morning.
Just before 10:00 a.m., the Callaway County Sheriff's Department says a man robbed the post office. He was carrying a black and blue backpack. The suspect left driving a small black motorcycle, possibly a Honda Rebel or similar model. He was traveling north on Highway 54.
The suspect was spotted before the robbery driving west on Hwy 40. He was being followed by a Chevrolet Silverado. The people in the truck are being asked to call the Callaway County Sheriff's Department or the Postal Inspection Service.
The suspect is described as a white man in his thirties or younger with short, dark blonde hair, and is around 5'10".
He was seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, blue jeans, a beanie style black motorcycle helmet and wrap around sunglasses with white frames.
