Results are announced from the "Click It or Ticket" operation

The results of a â??Click It or Ticketâ?? operation held by Troop F from May 20 through June 2 were announced on Monday by Captain Gregory D. Kindle, the commanding officer of Troop F Headquarters located in Jefferson City. A total of 328 vehicles were stopped.

A total of 328 vehicles were stopped. The following is a list of violations that were identified during the operation:

3 -- Child Restraint Violations

105 -- Seat Belt Violations

35 -- Non-Moving Violations

11 -- Hazardous Moving Violations

12 -- License Violations (Revoked, Suspended, None)

20 -- Insurance Violations

41 -- Speed Violations

5 -- Misdemeanor Warrant Arrest

2 -- Misdemeanor Drug Arrests

1 -- Other Misdemeanor Arrest

1 -- Minor In Possession Violation

2 -- Commercial Motor Vehicle Violations

314 -- Warnings

The Patrol encourages motorists and watercraft operators to protect themselves by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint and everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket.
