      Reported missing teen found with convicted Fulton felon

      Jerry Bailey was arrested for second-degree statutory rape, endangering the welfare of a child and allowing a minor to consume liquor by Callaway County deputies.
      A Fulton man was arrested for statutory rape after a report of a missing teen.On Sunday at about 12:15 p.m. Callaway County Sheriff??s Deputies got a report of a missing/possible runaway 16-year-old girl from the Fulton area. The teen was reportedly dropped off at a Kingdom City area business at 8:00 p.m. Saturday, and had not returned home since.Through their investigation authorities determined the teen was possibly with 22-year-old Jerry Bailey, who is on probation for felony stealing. Sunday evening the teen was found in Fulton.Authorities said she had been with Bailey and engaged in sexual acts with him.That same night, Bailey was found at a home near Fulton and arrested for second-degree statutory rape, endangering the welfare of a child and allowing a minor to consume liquor.Bailey is in the Callaway County Jail on $15,000 bond.
