Rain is still falling across most of mid-Missouri, but will quickly turn over to a rain/snow mix over the next couple of hours. A changeover to all snow will likely occur between 7-10 p.m.tonight. Much of the area will see total snow accumulations between 3-5".
Surfaces have become slick and slushy following sunset. Major roads may have some slick spots, and especially side roads, driveways, and sidewalks.
Snow will be the heaviest overnight, tapering off completely by late Saturday morning.
Winter weather advisories are in effect through 12 p.m. for the entire KRCG 13 viewing area.
