Thu, 22 May 2014 15:45:20 GMT — Closing arguments wrapped up Thursday morning in Calvin Hutsonâ??s murder trial. During closing arguments the state argued Calvin Hutson recruited Justin Beasley for a robbery which he called an "easy lick". The prosecutor said Hutson lured Andre Hudson into the robbery. He also said it was clear Hutson was guilty since he lied over and over again to police and changed his story multiple times. The prosecutor went on to say Calvin Hutson could not claim self defense since he was the initial aggressor. Hutson's lawyer claimed Andre Hudson shot Calvin Hutson first and Hutson shot back in self defense. The defense argued there's no evidence a robbery was set up. He went on to argue Calvin Hutson dumped the gun and marijuana because he was a convicted felon already and wasn't supposed to have those in his possession. The jury is now deliberating.
