      Police seek Phillips 66 robber

      Albert Butler admitted to his involvement in the robbery
      Updated, 10:20 p.m.: Authorites arrested 31-year-old Albert Butler and 29-year-old Travis Butler for robbery in the second degree with a to-be-set bond. Aftering watching the surveillance video, officials determined the Butlers were in the store with a third man, identified as Jeremy Burnett, at 3:33 a.m..The surveillance video shows that all three men were involved with the robbery. Providence Road just after 4 a.m., where they learned that a black or biracial man demanded that the clerk give him money from the register.As he left the store with an undisclosed amount of money, the thief stole two bottles of liquor.The man was last seen walking northwest from the store.A K9 brought to the scene couldn't track him.The robber didn't display a weapon.
