Shane Otto- Possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest
Wed, 15 May 2013 15:56:52 GMT — Three people were arrested Tuesday afternoon during a police pursuit in Jefferson City, when an officer attempted to stop a vehicle during a routine traffic stop.The vehicle initially stopped, and then sped off. The pursuit ended on Hwy W, when the driver pulled over and remained in the vehicle.A man and woman passenger both fled on foot and were chased down by officers. Police arrested the two the suspects, as well as the driver. The driver, 54-year-old Marcus Parker of Jefferson City, was charged with a stop sign violation, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and resisting arrest by fleeing. Shane Otto, 38, of Jefferson City, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest. Jennifer Wilson, 27, also of Jefferson City, was charged with resisting arrest by fleeing and an outstanding felony warrant from the state of Arkansas for burglary. All three were transported to the Callaway County jail.
