Police investigate shots fired on Bodie Drive

Columbia investigators are asking citizens to come forward if they have any information about Sunday's shooting in North Columbia.

Police were called to 1505 Bodie Drive at 1:04 a.m.

A caller said there was a large party and four to five shots were fired.

When officers arrived they were unable to find anyone involved in the shooting. The victim, a 19-year-old male, had already been taken to University Hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the lower leg.

Officers found shell casings in front of 1505 Greensboro Drive.

Police have no suspect information at this time and the victim is being uncooperative with the investigation.
