In 2016 Chief Meteorologist Zach Paul helped raise over $7000 for Special Olympics Missouri. And a BIG thanks goes to you our viewers and local businesses for helping him make it happen! He is once again registered for the Super Plunge at Lake of the Ozarks - Saturday, February 25, 2017!

The Super Plunge is not for the faint of heart. It is for true fans of Special Olympics - those who aren't afraid of the ice covered waters and frozen tundra at Lake of the Ozarks in February. Super Plungers are the ultimate Plunge Stars! They are fans who are brave enough to take the plunge not once, but 24 times in 24 hours.

Zach would love to beat last year's total of over $7000 but he could really use your help!

You can Be a Below-Zero Super Hero by joining the party with him and signing up to be a Plunger yourself. Or if you prefer to hibernate and stay warm, you can make a donation to Zach's page. The donation site is simple, fast, and totally secure.

There will also be special events between now and the plunge where you can stop by and show support. Some may even help satisfy your sweet tooth!

Either way you'll be supporting the best reasons for freezin'- Special Olympics athletes.

Thanks for supporting Zach and the Special Olympics!
