      One arrested after mobile meth lab fire

      Larry Crider, 32

      Boone County authorities arrest a Poplar Bluff man Wednesday afternoon after firefighters extinguished the fire inside of a mobile meth lab.

      Larry Crider, 32, was taken to the Boone County jail.

      It happened around 1:30 p.m. on Freedom Drive in northeast Columbia.

      Crews arrived on the scene and saw the flames coming from a van. After the flames were put out, authorities discovered materials used to make meth. Police reported a wtrness seeing Crider hide the materials before authorities arrived.
