Members of a fraternity at the University of Missouri said they are ready to square up a bet with a country music superstar.

Tim Schweiss and his fraternity brothers at Sigma Pi lost a proposed Twitter bet with Carrie Underwood.

The MU students wanted Underwood to give a charity concert in Columbia if the St. Louis Blues defeated the Nashville Predators in Round Two of the NHL playoffs.

The Blues lost in six games, meaning the Sigma Pi fraternity brothers will donate 200 community service hours to the charity of Underwood’s choice.

“I think everybody has looked at this and said it’s a blessing in disguise," Schweiss said. "We get to go down to Nashville. We get to go do some awesome work down there and do something unique for charity.”

The fraternity brothers said they will wait for instructions from Underwood.

Schweiss and his fraternity brothers plan to help a Nashville charity sometime this fall.
