Mid-Missouri bank robbery suspect arrested in Kentucky

Fri, 18 Apr 2014 16:00:56 GMT — The Montgomery City Police Department announced an arrest Friday in connection with a Wednesday morning bank robbery.Joshua Raymond Kelly, 28, was taken into custody in Lexington, Kentucky Thursday afternoon.Around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, police say a white male entered the First Bank on North Sturgeon Street in Montgomery City. The man approached a teller, indicated he was armed, and demanded money.The Montgomery police and the FBI learned that Kelly was in Kentucky after an extensive investigation.A federal arrest warrant was issued Thursday and Lexington Police made the arrest without incident.
