A Maries County mother was arrested Saturday after a report of an injured infant led police to find drug paraphernalia in her home.
Members of the Belle Police Department and Maries County Sheriff's Office responded to the report at 204 Linn Street.
Officers found drug paraphernalia at the scene, and arrested 25-year-old Annie Crull.
Two children, one three months old and the other five years old, were taken into custody.
Crull was charged with child abuse for knowingly inflicting cruel and inhuman punishment on a minor.
She was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Authorities say she ingested methamphetamine and opiates to the point of impairment while the children were in her care.
