A Fulton man is behind bars after a domestic disturbance involving a sword.
The Fulton police were called around 9am Sunday morning to a disturbance at 211 South Ravine Street in Fulton. When they arrived, officers found 30-year-old Adam Lairmore with a sword.
Police say Lairmore had threatened two members of his family with the sword. He also used the sword to damage several windows and doors. Lairmore was taken into custody and was charged with 2 counts of 1st degree felony domestic assault and property damage.
He is being held in the Callaway County Jail with bond set at $30,000.
