A Linn, Missouri man accused in a meth lab fire that killed a man is heading to prison. Jonathan Tharp pleaded guilty to first degree arson Thursday in Osage County Court. A judge sentenced Tharp to 12 years in prison.
The charge stems from a fatal meth lab fire in October 2009. 20-year-old Daniel Mittenburg died in that fire from smoke inhalation.
35-year-old Lisa Willer is also accused of working with Tharp while making meth that started the fire. Willer is charged with second degree murder and first degree arson. Osage County Officials said her trial has not yet been set.
