Fri, 19 Apr 2013 08:45:00 GMT — A St. Louis man has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the beating death of his 2-year-old son. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 32-year-old Aaron Lucy was sentenced Thursday. A jury in January found him guilty of first-degree murder and four felony counts of child abuse, evidence tampering and armed criminal action. Prosecutors say Lucy beat Kyle Lucy to death on Dec. 26, 2010, bruising nearly every part of the toddler's body and causing two skull fractures and a fatal brain injury.
