Tue, 11 Jun 2013 14:07:09 GMT — A Columbia man was arrested early Tuesday morning after authorities found him with a crack-pipe and stolen bicycle. At about 1 a.m. Officers were on their way to investigate a call for a stolen bicycle in the 1700-block of I-70 Drive Southwest. While they were on their way, an officer saw 39-year-old Don Warren riding a bicycle that matched the description of the one reported as stolen near the intersection of Mikel Street and West Boulevard. The victim identified the bike as the one that was stolen. When officers searched Warren they found a metal pipe used to smoke crack cocaine and marijuana, fingernail polish remover and straws. Warren was arrested for felony stealing with a bond of $4,500.00, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with a bond of $500.00 and use or inducement to use solvents with a bond of $500.00.
