Kraft recalls 96,000 lbs. of Oscar Mayer wieners

Kraft is recalling 96,000 lbs. of Oscar Mayer wieners due to mislabeling.

Columbia-based Kraft Food Group is recalling 96,000 pounds of Oscar Mayer Classic Wieners because the products marketed as classic may actually contain cheese, according to the United States Department of Agriculture.

According to the USDA, the product labels on the Classic Wieners are "incorrect, as they do not reflect the ingredients associated with the pasteurized cheese in the cheese dogs."

The products were made on March 2 and 3, 2014 and distributed across the country.
