A Jefferson City man has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for his role in a Columbia manâ??s murder.
Wednesday morning in Cole County Court, Judge Dan Green sentenced Brandon Chase to 10 years in prison for a 2nd degree murder and 1st degree robbery charge, to be served at the same time. Judge Green also sentenced Chase to an additional 3 years in prison for an armed criminal action charge.
In June, Chase went in front of a jury and was found guilty on all three charges related to the 2012 death of Keith Mosely, Jr.
Tracy Session has already pleaded guilty to firing the fatal shot. He will spend 20 years in prison.
In July, a jury found Khiry Summers guilty on charges of 2nd degree murder, 1st degree robbery and armed criminal action. Summers has yet to be sentenced.
