According to court documents, on July 7, investigators learned Maurice Hogan allegedly committed the crime of statutory rape by having sexual intercourse with a 7-year-old girl.
Hogan was living with the girl and her family at the time.
The girl told authorities she was raped while her mother was at work.

The same day, investigators also spoke to two other children, a male and female, who said Hogan had touched them inappropriately.
The two children also said Hogan told them not to tell anyone
Maurice Hogan is charged with statutory rape, three counts of child molestation and sexual misconduct involving a child under the age of 15.
Hogan is in the Cole County Jail on $250,000 bond.
