Jefferson City double homicide suspect pleads not guilty

A Jefferson City man charged in a double murder pleaded not guilty yesterday.David Hosier made the plea in Cole County Circuit Court. He faces charges for first-degree murder, armed criminal action, first-degree burglary and unlawful use of a weapon.He's charged in the September 2009 shooting deaths of Angela and Rodney Gilpin.Their bodies were found in Gilpin's apartment doorway, a block from Hosier's Jefferson City apartment.Hosier and Angela Gilpin were involved during Gilpin's separation from her husband. At the time of their deaths, the Gilpins were trying to reconcile.
