      Inmate dies at Jefferson City Correctional Center

      An inmate serving life without parole died at the Jefferson City Correctional Center over the weekend.

      51-year-old Paul Honeycutt was pronounced dead at approximately 1:15 a.m. on Saturday. He has been in prison since October of 1996.

      His life sentence was for first-degree murder and armed criminal action. He died of apparent natural causes.
